Refund Policy in case of prepaid booking

1. If the service is cancelled at the time of availing the service then Rs. 200.00 will be charged;
2. If the service is cancelled while the Professional is on the way then Rs. 100.00 will be charged;
3. If the Professional has reached the gate of Customer's house and the service is cancelled then Rs. 200.00 will be charged;
4. If the service is cancelled due to any exceptional circumstances then Rs. 200.00 will be charged. If Customer submits proof of exceptional circumstances then the charged amount will be refunded after validating the proof

Policy in case of Cash on Delivery booking

If the customer repeatedly books service in Cash on Delivery and cancels it 3 times in a year then it is okay but if he cancels more than that then the facility of Cash on Delivery will be discontinued for the customer and he will not be able to avail this facility in future. Do not misuse this facility to get this facility.
